The Challenge

A Bengali music video directed by Jaheen Farquee Amin required tight crew scheduling and precise shot-list execution across multiple shooting days. With limited time and budget, every minute of production had to count — no room for wasted setup time or miscommunication between departments.

The Solution

• Managed the crew call sheet — ensuring every department knew their call time, position, and equipment requirements for each scene
• Set up each day's shots before the director arrived — pre-positioning lights, camera, and talent so creative time was maximized
• Solved real-time production problems — equipment failures, location access issues, and talent scheduling conflicts were resolved without escalating to the director
• Maintained shot-list progress tracking — the director always knew what was completed and what remained without asking

• Pre-setup before director's arrival — the director's time is best spent on creative decisions, not logistics
